1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Imperium ad management platform (“the Service”), operated by AdKings (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Imperium is an ad management platform that connects to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising APIs to help businesses create, manage, and monitor their advertising campaigns. The Service requires you to connect your Facebook account and grant access to your ad accounts and Pages.

3. Account Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Facebook account credentials. You agree to grant only the permissions necessary for the Service to function. You may revoke access at any time through your Facebook settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Meta's advertising policies. You are solely responsible for the content of any advertisements created through the Service.

5. Data Handling

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We access ad performance data and Page information solely to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to ad spend, campaign performance, or account restrictions imposed by Meta.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. You can disconnect by revoking app access in your Facebook settings. Upon termination, we will delete any stored data per our data deletion policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
