This privacy policy describes how Roman Peschke ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our ad management application ("the App"), which integrates with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising APIs.

1. Information We Collect

Directly from you:

• Ad account IDs and page IDs you grant us access to
• Contact information (name, email) provided for account management

From Meta APIs:

• Ad account structure (campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives)
• Aggregated ad performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost data)
• Page information associated with connected ad accounts

Automatically:

• API request logs (timestamps, endpoints accessed) for debugging and operational purposes

We do not collect personal data from end users who view or interact with advertisements. All ad performance data we access through Meta is aggregated and anonymized. We do not attempt to re-identify or de-anonymize any aggregated data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Creating, editing, and monitoring advertising campaigns on Meta platforms
• Analyzing aggregated ad performance data to optimize campaign results
• Generating performance reports
• Contacting clients regarding their ad account management

We only use ad performance data in aggregate and anonymous form to assess campaign performance. We do not use this data to retarget users, build user profiles, or combine it with data from other advertising platforms.

We do not use any data obtained through Meta's platform to make decisions about eligibility for housing, employment, credit, insurance, or education opportunities. We do not use this data for surveillance purposes or in ways that discriminate against individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, license, or purchase any data obtained through Meta's platform.

We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• When required by law, regulation, or legal process
• With service providers who perform work on our behalf, under written agreements that require them to protect your data and delete it when the relationship ends
• With your express consent

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

4. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to meet or exceed industry standards to protect the data we process. These safeguards are designed to prevent unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, distribution, or compromise of your data.

If a security incident occurs that affects your data, we will notify you and Meta as soon as practicable and in accordance with applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services. We will delete your data:

• When it is no longer necessary for the purposes described in this policy
• When our services to you end
• Upon your request
• Upon Meta's request
• As required by applicable law

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about you or your ad accounts
• Request modification or correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke our App's access to your Meta ad accounts at any time

These rights are available to all users who can access the App.

7. How to Request Modification or Deletion

To request that your data be modified or deleted:

• Email romanpeschke@adkings.media with the subject "Data Request"
• Include the name and/or ad account associated with your request and whether you want modification or deletion

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days. We will complete your request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when complete.

You can also immediately revoke our App's access by visiting your Meta Business Settings and removing the App from your ad account permissions.

8. International Data Transfers

If you are located outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States where our systems are located. By using the App, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. This policy does not supersede, modify, or conflict with Meta's Platform Terms or any other applicable Meta terms and policies.
