Data Deletion Instructions

You can request modification or deletion of any data our ad management application holds about you or your ad accounts.

How to Submit a Request

  • Email romanpeschke@adkings.media with the subject "Data Request"
  • Specify whether you want your data modified or deleted
  • Include the name and/or ad account ID associated with your request

What Gets Deleted

  • All stored ad performance data associated with your ad account(s)
  • All API access tokens and credentials associated with your account
  • All locally stored reports, metrics, and creative assets tied to your account
  • All API request and debug logs associated with your account
  • Any contact information you provided

Request Status

After submitting a request, it will go through the following stages:

Stage 1
Received
Timeline: Within 5 business days
What Happens: We confirm receipt via email.
Stage 2
Processing
Timeline: Days 5 through 25
What Happens: We identify and process all associated data.
Stage 3
Complete
Timeline: Within 30 days
What Happens: Your request is fulfilled and we send final confirmation.

Immediate Access Revocation

You can immediately revoke our App's access to your Meta ad accounts by visiting your Meta Business Settings and removing the App from your permissions. This prevents further data access but does not delete data already stored. To delete stored data, submit a request as described above.
